Before a product warranty can be initiated, you must register your product. You’ll need your serial number.

Congrats on your new Micro! 

You have made a quality investment. All Micro Scooter products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty protects against defects and faults in craftsmanship. If the product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair it or send out spare parts, free of charge. If not practical to repair it we will, at our discretion, replace the product.

Who and what is covered? 

The original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized dealer. Registration is required (click here to register your product if you have not yet done so. You’ll need to locate your serial number on the product).

Who and what is not covered? 

Products purchased second-hand, modified or altered product, poorly maintained product (left outside), normal wear and tear, any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in owner’s manual, wear and tear on wheels, wear and tear on grip tapes, improper or abnormal use, excessive load, or cosmetic issues such as fading or scratching.

The warranty submission form is only applicable for purchases within Canada from microscooter.ca, Amazon, or other authorized Micro retailers in Canada. 

The warranty is non-transferrable and is valid for the original purchaser only. Micro Scooter’s warranty parts/service is solely available here in Canada and does not carry over should you move to a different country. In order to register your Micro scooter, you will need the serial number found on the bottom of your product.

  • Order number if purchased from us directly
  • Type of Scooter or Product and serial number
  • Description of the problem. Include images or video if available
