At Micro Scooter Canada, we take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. We offer FREE Expedited Shipping on orders over $99 to most locations within Canada.
Orders are typically processed the same business day if placed before 11:00 AM EST, or on the next business day for orders placed after the cutoff time.
Please note that Micro Scooter Canada currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping Timelines
Our expedited shipping service generally delivers within 1 to 5 business days; however, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Micro Scooter Canada is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, incorrect routing, high shipping volumes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
To receive shipment updates and tracking information, we strongly recommend providing an email address during checkout.
Packaging & Deliveries
All scooters are shipped in plain outer shipping boxes that do not display the contents of the package.
Micro Scooter Canada is not responsible for cosmetic damage to external packaging that may occur during transit, provided the product itself remains unaffected.
Packages are generally delivered without a signature requirement. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely and ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
Micro Scooter Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
